Is the training virtual or in-person?

I offer virtual training across Canada via Zoom.

In-person training is available in Ottawa, Ontario.

Most of my trainings open to the public are held on Zoom and operate in Eastern time. I may occaisonally offer in-person trainings in Ottawa if there is demand.

What is the cost of the MHFA trainings?

MHFA Certificaiton (2 days) - $350 per participant. There is no HST.

MHFA Essentials (1 day) - $250 per participant. There is no HST.

What is the cancellation policy?

2+ weeks before the course:  

• Full refund or free transfer to another session (space permitting).

Less than 2 weeks before the course:  

• No refund, but you may request a transfer to a future session if space is available. If transferring, you must transfer to a new session within three months from the date of the original booking.

No‑shows:  

• Not eligible for refund or transfer.
